Durga Priya Manda Joins Argus Partners as Partner

Durga Priya Manda has joined Argus Partners as Partner, taking on roles in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Technology & Data Privacy practices out of its New Delhi office.

A 2015 graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Manda holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2016. Over more than a decade in practice, she has advised and represented clients in commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, cross-border disputes, and shareholder and investor-exit matters, appearing before courts and tribunals across ad-hoc and institutional proceedings.

Her regulatory practice sits squarely at the intersection of technology and enforcement: she counsels clients on data protection, intermediary liability, content and platform regulation, and cybersecurity, and has represented parties in proceedings concerning blocking and takedown directions. Her client base spans technology, digital platforms, financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Manda joins Argus Partners from AZB & Partners. Her career has also taken her through a secondment at Meta, and stints at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Nishith Desai Associates.
