Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Names Pooja Bedi As General Counsel and Company Secretary

Pooja Bedi has been appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB), the company has announced.

Bedi has joined the Beverage brand from Mondelēz India, where she was Chief Counsel - India. Before that she held senior legal and compliance roles at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev and Pernod Ricard, which gives her a background spanning FMCG, alcobev, healthcare and technology across India and overseas.

She is a lawyer and a Company Secretary, and she completed an Executive MBA at CEIBS, Shanghai. Her 25-year career has centred on corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory strategy and business transformation, advising Boards and CEOs in highly regulated sectors.

At HCCB she will run the Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions and work with the Board and senior leadership on governance, regulatory matters and compliance.
