Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has launched a dedicated disputes practice in GIFT City, India's first International Financial Services Centre. The practice will advise IFSCA-regulated entities on cross-border arbitration, regulatory disputes, and enforcement.

Scope of work

  • Investment treaty arbitration before IFSCA-recognised tribunals

  • Enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the special GIFT City regime

  • Regulatory disputes involving fund managers, banks, and bullion exchange members

  • Cross-border insolvency proceedings

The team is led by a partner with prior in-house experience at an international arbitral institution, bringing a perspective increasingly valued by sophisticated commercial clients.
