Trilegal has announced 12 partner promotions in its annual round — its largest cohort to date. The new partners span corporate M&A, tax, regulatory, and disputes practices, with promotions weighted toward the firm's Mumbai and Delhi offices.

By practice area

  • Corporate / M&A: 4 new partners

  • Disputes: 3 new partners

  • Tax: 2 new partners

  • Regulatory: 2 new partners

  • Banking & finance: 1 new partner

Geographic spread

Six of the promotions are in Mumbai, four in Delhi, and two in Bangalore. The firm has not made any new partners in Hyderabad or Chennai this year.
